Preparation and Cooking Instructions
To prepare soup or broth, dissolve 1 lb. (454 g) of Base in 4 gallons (15.1 L) of boiling water. For a smaller quantity, dissolve 3/4 teaspoon (6 g) of Base in 8 fluid ounces (0.24 L) of boiling water or 4 ounces (114 g) of Base in 1 gallon (3.8 L) of boiling water.
