Preparation and Cooking Instructions
Chill the product to be breaded at 3 – 4?C. If using frozen products, rinse under running water to crack the surface ice for a short time to raise the surface temperature.
+ For Tempura products: Apply Chefs Own Seasoned Predust as instructed, followed by Chef’s Own Tempura & Adhesion Batter diluted at 730gms with 1.25L of chilled water. Deep fry at 180?C till cooked.
+ For Breadcrumb and Falafel coating: Apply Chefs Own Seasoned Predust as instructed, followed by Chef’s Own Tempura & Adhesion Batter diluted at 730gms with 1.25L of chilled water. Apply Breadcrumb or Falafel Breader ensuring complete coverage. Shake to remove excess. Deep fry at 180?C to full cook.
