Preparation and Cooking Instructions
Use in conjunction with Chef's Own Seasoned Pre-Dust and Chef's Own Tempura Batter. Chill the product to be breaded at 3-4?C. Gently pat the pre-dust onto the chilled product making sure no part of it is left exposed. Dip in the batter (dilution 730 g - 1.25 L water) and roll the crumb making sure to cover the surface fully.
