Ingredients

475 mL mayonnaise
475 mL sour cream or cream cheese
236 mL roasted red pepper, peeled
35 mL Custom Culinary® Gold Label Lobster Base
15 mL lemon juice, fresh
225 gm lobster meat, cooked, small diced
225 gm crab meat of choice
236 mL artichoke hearts, diced
15 mL tarragon, fresh, chopped

Directions

  1. Place mayonnaise, sour cream or cream cheese, roasted red pepper, Gold Label Lobster Base and lemon juice into a food processor and puree 10-15 seconds. Move mixture to a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Fold in lobster, crab meat, artichokes and tarragon. Blend thoroughly.
  3. Chef's Tip: Use as a full seasoned enhancing spread for bagels or grilled focaccia sandwiches (salmon, halibut, chicken, pork and vegetables).
