Amount Ingredients
236 mL roasted red peppers, fresh or canned
2 1/2 mL garlic, fresh minced
7/10 L mayonnaise
10 gm Custom Culinary® Gold Label Lobster Base
20 mL Dijon mustard
35 mL pickle relish
30 mL chives, fresh, chopped

  1. In a food processor or blender, combine roasted peppers and garlic. Puree 5-10 seconds; do not fully puree, allow some pieces for texture.
  2. Add mayonnaise, Gold Label Lobster Base, Dijon mustard and pickle relish. Puree 2-3 seconds.
  3. Add chives and blend completely. Cover and chill until needed.
  4. Serve with crab cakes, fried or grilled fish, chicken or fritters.
