2 L whole or half cream
1 pouch Custom Culinary® Master's Touch® Instant Cream Soup & Sauce Base (567 gm)
85 gm Custom Culinary® Gold Label Savory Roasted® Chicken Base or Custom Culinary® Gold Label Chicken Base

Directions

  1. In an 8-10 Liter sauce pot over medium high heat, combine water, cream and Master's Touch® Instant Cream Soup Base. Blend thoroughly with a wire whip.
  2. Bring to a boil. Cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally until fully thickened.
  3. Add Gold Label Chicken Base and stir.
  4. Hold warm or chill until needed.
  5. Standard ratio: 1 Liter of Pasta Cream Sauce to 1/2 kilo cooked pasta
