Preparation and Cooking Instructions
Moisten the meat slightly for easy dispersion. Sprinkle the glaze powder onto the meat, ensuring even coverage of the surface area. Rest for 4 hours under chilled conditions. Cook the product in the oven at 170?C or on the grill/ hot plate for charred flavor profile and appearance.
