Preparation and Cooking Instructions
Application Dosage: 5%. Ingredients required for preparation of chicken biryani. a. Basmati Rice, washed, soaked(15 minutes)& drained - 100g b. Saturated fat (ghee) - 15g, c. Biryani seasoning (D080013) - 5g. Ingredients required for chicken Marination: a. Chicken breast piece boneless -100g b. Saturated fat (ghee) - 3g c. Yoghurt - 10g d. Biryani seasoning (D080013) - 5g Application method: Marinate chicken for 30 minutes. Then sauté marinated chicken in 15g Saturated fat. Then add drained 100g basmati rice followed by 5g of seasoning (D080013) to it. Stir well for 1 minute under low flame. Then add 200ml water and pressure cook under low flame for 15 minutes. Garnish with deep fat fried brown onion, fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, cashew nuts & raisins.
